Paypal IPN
If you use Paypal as your payment gateway, chances are you just received an email from Paypal checking that you are SHA-256 compliant
Short summary: TourCMS is, so you can ignore the email from Paypal......

Search bookings by option or "does not contain: (keyword)"
Hello,
I have multiple bookings on a date in the future, and I simply want to sort them (actually it's so I can send them an ad-hoc email) by those that DO contain a certain option, and those that DO NOT contain that option.
An alternative would be to search by those that contain a certain keyword, (ie the option name) and those that don't contain the option name.
I can find those that DO contain (keyword) using Bookings > Search. I can't figure our the opposite, the way to list (ready to email) those that DO NOT contain that certain option.
Can anyone help?

This is an issue at our hosting provider with connectivity, in Dallas FW. They are working in it fully
At this moment we don't have an ETA for resolution.

Copy all info but dates and prices
Hi All --
We have a list of tours with last year's departure dates and prices already loaded into TourCMS. We'd like to change the departure dates and the prices without having to cut and paste any information or create new dates. Is there a way to just change pricing and dates from the "Dates & Prices" tab of the Tours page?

Discount fixed amount - promo code
Hi there,
I am pretty sure this question has been answered already, but I cannot seem to find it.
We like to add a promotional code which is a fixed amount. For example we hand out discount vouchers of €50 on a travel fair who are only valid for 14 days. But the promocodes in TourCMS are only in %.
Any suggestions?

Experience using Worldpay

We are considering a switch from Paypal to Worldpay (or ideally the option to use either/both?).
The logjam issues have been widely documented, but I wondered if people could share their experiences generally outside of this issue.

Video Tutorials
Hello Alex ,
Are there any video tutorials available as a guide to various functions on TourCMS. It becomes very challenging at times to understand basic things and move forward.
We do have recourse to the webinar but then it is one 45 min video and one had to watch the whole thing while the idea is to resolve a specific issue. It would be a great help if smaller videos focussed on each functionality / issue are there to guide the new users.
Hunting for know how on the forum and doing research does take away a lot of time and it would be so easy if clearly segmented short videos are there to guide the new users.
Hence wanted to know if these already exist, though i couldn't locate yet, would be glad to find out if these exist.

Create a new booking
Hello Paul,
I'm not working on any site i'm working on mt test store.I'm creating a new booking. For that I follow
1. Create a booking id
2. create a new booking
I use chaneel and booing id but I got error
FAIL_KEYNOTFOUND
There it aslo ask for

I set notthing for COMPONENT_KEY_HERE
Now my question : is COMPONENT_KEY_HERE is required or optional

Booker showing as Enquirer in Classification

We have a client who is booked on a tour but when I searched for her by name she is showing as an Enquirer in the classification column.
Any ideas why this might be as it potentially means that our bookers download files are incorrect.
